Hublle was born out of lived frustration. Our founder came to IT project management through an unconventional path — and from day one, found the way the industry operated deeply at odds with actually getting work done.

Data was scattered across spreadsheets, emails, and disconnected tools. By the time it was pulled together it was already out of date — and the effort required to keep it current consumed more time than the projects themselves. Generating a single view of delivery health, spend, and risk for senior stakeholders could take days, pulling the PM away from the actual work of managing delivery.

40 to 60 percent of the working week was spent building reports. Not leading teams, not solving problems — just aggregating data. It was a PM title wrapped around a data entry job, and the cycle never ended.

What was missing wasn't effort — it was clarity. One real-time picture that reflected the truth of the portfolio, without the manual overhead. Without waiting for someone to tell you. Without relying on data that was already old.
